Students indicated by our partner institutions can apply to the IAU-USP in the position of exchange students for one or two semesters. The study plan need to be previously accepted by the IAU.

Deadlines:

Exchange in the 1st semester (February to June): Indication online until October, 15th, through the partner University.

Exchange in the 2nd semester (August-December): Indication online until May, 15th, through the partner University.

The Entry documentation (english or portuguese) for exchange candidates is as followed:

1. A recomendation letter written by the student home university;

2. A recomendation letter written by one of the students professor of its home University;

3. A motivational letter written by the student;

5. Student’s Transcription of Records acknowledged by the student’s institution and translated into Portuguese;

6. A copy of the passport data sheet, with the validity of the document;

7. A document photography scanned in “jpg”, maximum size 50kb.

 

Estudantes indicados por instituições conveniadas podem se inscrever para permanecer um ou dois semestres pelo processo de mobilidade internacional no IAU-USP. Para ser aceito, o aluno precisa enviar um plano de estudos que será analisado pelo Instituto.

Prazos:

Intercâmbio no 1º semestre (de fevereiro a junho): Indicação até 05 de outubro por intermédio da Universidade parceira.

Intercâmbio no 2º semestre (de agosto a dezembro): Indicação até 05 de maio por intermédio da Universidade parceira.

1. Carta de Recomendação da Instituição de Origem;

2. Carta de Recomendação de um Docente da Instituição de Origem;

3. Carta de Motivação do Aluno;

5. Histórico Escolar, original e traduzido;

6. Cópia do Passaporte, com a validade do documento;

7. Fotografia escaneada em formato “jpg”, com tamanho máximo de 50kb.
